A compilation of the projects that I am involved and also in charge of. This includes the projects done while working inside of the industry (Architecture, Landscape Architecture & Arboriculture) and also academic studio projects done during my studies.
I was introduced to Architecture from my first degree, here most of the works were very experimental and it was merely an introduction to me. After graduation, I landed my first job in a Singaporean architecture firm based in Kuala Lumpur.
To enrich myself on the vital elements of good design, I venture into the academic world of Landscape Architecture. Here I also managed to join a landscape firm doing part time work while continuing my studies. After graduation, I continued to stay in this landscape firm.
To resume my journey as an architect, I enrolled in the next level of my Architecture studies after obtaining my first Master’s degree. I was still working part time as a Landscape Architect while studying. Through ups and downs, although it was difficult I managed to finish my Part 2 studies. I had also partaken in a couple of Arboriculture works to continue being involved in the related industry.
After all of the straying from the path of being an architect, I am now taking the forward steps back into the architecture, design & construction industry. Being well versed in the other disciplines that make a good design, I believe that I can do better not only as an designer but as an architect that honestly cares about the environment with its users.
